One Little Word Blog Hop

Can you believe it? It's June. It's kind of crazy to think we're through another month. Time sure does fly when you're having fun. Time has been flying so much that I find myself participating in Margie's wonderful One Little Word blog hop, yet still behind with my OLW album. This month's theme of documentation has always been easy and difficult for me all at the same time. I have definitely written list after list of goals, objectives, thoughts, etc.. many of which are inspired by my word, Clear. But it's hard for me to organize my written lists, just as it is difficult to organize my thoughts. I guess I still need to work on my mental clarity.

I'm doing my best to get through my lists, even if it is a slow process. One of my goals had been to catch up with Ali Edward's class. I might not have caught up with the album, but I did make some progress with the exercises. I wasn't satisfied with the action I took in March, so I made sure to take action this past month--action towards physical health. I started the Couch to 5K program on May 1st and just completed my 5th week, which ended with a 20 minute run. The program is 9 weeks long, so I still have some more to go, but I'm quite proud of my progress. I've never been athletic. I've never been a runner..........but that seems to be changing.

So here's to another month of OLW. For more OLW inspiration be sure to follow the blog hop by visiting Monica next.

Happy Blog Hopping! And Have a Happy June!

Happy for you that you are making progress! I've found that the thing that has helped me the most came from Stacy Julian - she says do something for just 15 min. and make yourself stop. Its pretty amazing how that helps get things done in small chunks!
I love the running goal~ you feel so good after a run! Very cool.

This is really a fun blog~ so much creative and exciting things going on~ sheesh! I love it! I am going to have to visit often to see what you are up to next~

Lovely to meet you and hang out in your darling space~

I'm glad to hear that other's the issue of keeping up with the notebook for OLW! None of the monthly prompts are hard, it's just a matter of getting it done. You encourage me to hang in there!

On the other hand, my One Little Word is definitely hanging around in my mind and making me see life differently. My word is "gift"...not such an easy one. My understanding of Gift and how it is impacting my life is evolving.

Good luck with your running!

I'm impressed - 20 minute run! A 5K has been on my unofficial to do list for so long - where did you find the couch to 5K program? That sounds interesting.

Best of luck with your other goals!

WTG with C25K! I tried and only lasted 2 weeks lol. I couldn't imagine myself running for 20 minutes.

Wow everyone jumping on the C25K :) I loved seeing your real album - honestly the last 2 month with moving means mine isn't quite made up either!

I would love to hear more about C25K. I'm often asked about it but since I've never used it I'm not of much help. Good luck. Keep me updated. And you can do it! Yes, I love running and tend to get overly excited LOL

Part of the joy of Ali's class is you can catch up on these prompts whenever the spirit moves you to make the time... and it all seems to fall perfectly into place with your word and how it is manifesting in your life. Keep on keepin' on!
